The golf course is open all year round. It’s an all weather course where visitors are made welcome. The Kaimai Ranges provides a wonderful backdrop to the beautifully maintained fairways and greens. A variety of challenges make Matamata a must for all golfers. Carts/clubs available. Holes: 18 par: 71M – 72W. The Matamata Clubhouse is set in a park like setting with magnificent views of the course and countryside from the lounge and dining room windows. Ideal for corporate and social occasions. Reasonable rates for groups. Bar facilities and catering by arrangement.

The course is an easy walk with well planted attractive trees and well defined fairways and fully irrigated greens. 18 holes, Par 72, 5793m. The Walton Golf Club is renowned for its wonderful hospitality and spacious clubhouse. Social sports clubs very welcome. Ten carts are available on request.
